3. Adverse Weather Conditions:

• Delivery times can be affected by severe weather. Please refer to Royal Mail and DPD for service updates.

4. Exclusions and Limitations:

• Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and Bank Holidays.
• Next Working Day Delivery applies only to orders placed before the daily cut-off time and excludes Saturday deliveries.

5. Tracking Your Order:

• Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, and Bank Holidays.
• For enhanced visibility, we recommend selecting a tracked delivery option. Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.
